Marom Weiszfieler has over three decades of experience in the field of Information Technology. Marom began their career as an Information Technology Manager in the Israeli Air Force in 1989. Marom later held roles such as System Administrator at EL AL Israel Airlines, System Administrator and Project Manager at NICE Ltd, MIS Manager at Globaloop, MIS Infrastructure Manager and Information Technology Department Manager at Allot, and finally, as CIO and CISO of the IT Department at CONTROP Precision Technologies Ltd. In their most recent role, they managed a team of IT professionals, led cybersecurity initiatives, wrote information security policies, managed IT budgets, and maintained corporate infrastructures with over 1,000 physical and virtual servers.

Marom Weiszfieler holds a Practical Engineer degree in Computer Systems/Software from Practical Engineering School in Tel Aviv, Israel (1997), a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from Peres Academic Center (2017), and a Certification in CISO & DPO from Bar-Ilan University (2020). Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as Data Privacy Solutions, CTO, and System Administration.
