Stefano Pieri

Stefano Pieri is a seasoned professional in the maritime and logistics sectors, currently serving as a Senior Business Development Manager at Contship Italia since February 2023. In this role, Stefano focuses on fostering new traffics at port terminals, developing synergies between land and sea activities, and expanding the international network to enhance customer loyalty. Prior to this position, Stefano held various roles at CMA CGM from January 2017 to February 2023, including Trade & Sales Manager for BreakBulk and XXL Cargo and Business Development Manager in Italy, where Stefano directed project cargo activities and established the Italian Project Cargo Desk. Additionally, from July 2000 to April 2018, Stefano worked at APL, ultimately serving as Director of Land Operations and Ship Owner Representative for the Mediterranean Region. Stefano's educational background includes a Doctorate in Law with a specialization in Maritime Law from Università degli Studi di Genova and attendance at the Mercury Business School for International Economics.
