Clare Holden has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Clare began their career at Smith & Nephew, where they served as the Director of New Product Development for nearly two decades. During this time, they focused on the development and launch of new products within the Medical Device Industry, emphasizing the importance of project management and cultural changes. Following their tenure at Smith & Nephew, Clare joined Siemens as the Head of Projects Transformation, responsible for enabling change management programs. Clare later moved on to Advanced Medical Solutions, serving as the Global Head of Research and Development. In 2013, Clare founded their own company, CLARE HOLDEN LTD, where they worked as the Director until 2019.
