Hillary Rush

Hillary Rush has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing, strategy consulting, and client services. Hillary currently holds the position of Vice President of Ostomy Care Global Marketing at Convatec. Prior to that, they worked at a-connect as the GM U.S. and Senior Client Service Partner, where they managed a global network of skilled Independent Professionals. Hillary also owned and served as the Principal of Ridge Pointe Consulting LLC, specializing in marketing and strategy consulting. Hillary has previous experience at ConvaTec and Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they held various marketing roles. Additionally, they worked at PWC Strategy& and The Southern California Technology Executives Network in research and market services positions. Hillary began their career as a Principal Ballerina at the Northeast Ballet Company.

Hillary Rush attended Union College from 1992 to 1996 where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry with a minor in Spanish. Hillary then pursued their MBA at The Wharton School from 1998 to 2000, specializing in Marketing and Strategic Management.
