Matt Dawson

Matt Dawson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Matt started their career at Allegis Group in 2005 as an Account Manager and Technical Recruiter. After that, they worked at SSL International as a Project Coordinator and later as an NPD Project Manager. In 2011, they joined J&K Confectionery Ltd as a Projects and Development Manager. Matt took a career break from 2014 to 2016 to work as an ESL Teacher in Bangkok, Thailand. Matt then returned to the corporate world and held various positions at Convatec, including Global Project Manager, Senior Global Project Manager, Associate Director of NPD PMO, Associate Director of Innovation Process Improvement, and Associate Director of Marketing Operations & PMO. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Marketing Transformation Programme at Convatec.

Matt Dawson has a Certificate in Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online, which they obtained in 2023. Matt also holds a BA Hons degree in Advertising & Marketing from Lancaster University, completed from 2002 to 2005. In addition, they have several additional certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Change Management Foundation, APMP (IPMA Level D Certification), and PRINCE2 Practitioner.
