Manon Falquerho

Manon Falquerho is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in logistics and customer service across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Operations for Convelio in Europe since February 2020, Manon has previously held senior roles in freight and customs. Prior to Convelio, significant contributions were made at foodora as Head of Operations for France, where operational KPIs were monitored on a national level and customer service improvements were achieved. Manon’s diverse background includes roles in motorcycle travel consulting and as a field coordinator for the World Bank Group, alongside research positions focused on agricultural programs and public policy. Manon holds a Master's degree from the Paris School of Economics and a Diploma in Social Sciences from École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay.
