Tom Coate

Tom Coate is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in payer strategy and operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Payer Strategy & Collaborations at ConvenientMD since January 2025, Coate previously held the position of Vice President of Payer Strategy at Beth Israel Lahey Health from January 2023 to January 2025. Prior roles include Director of Provider Contracting for the Northeast at Humana, Regional Vice President of Operations for the Northeast at Steward Health Care Network, and multiple leadership positions at Catholic Medical Center, including Director of Finance for Provider Network and Integration Services. Coate holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island, earned in 1991.
