Kathy Tracey

Kathy Tracey (Keper) has over 29 years of work experience. Kathy is currently working as the Vice President of Client Success at Convention Data Services since December 2022. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at CompuSystems, where they held various roles. From 2006 to 2022, they served as the Senior Manager of Event Services and Director of Client Relations & Manager of Event Services. In these roles, they managed client service operations, oversaw event management activities, and developed comprehensive event planning and design plans. From 2003 to 2006, they were a National Account Manager, responsible for trade show registration and temporary staff training. Before joining CompuSystems, Kathy worked as an Office Manager at AF Services from 1993 to 2003, where they managed daily office activities, organized events, and handled employee recruitment and training.

Kathy Tracey (Keper) earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the College of DuPage, where they studied from 1988 to 1990.
