Eric Cracraft

Eric Cracraft has a diverse work experience in the medical industry, with a focus on orthopedics. Eric currently holds the position of Senior Director of Innovation & Upstream Marketing at Conventus Flower Orthopedics since March 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director - Marketing & Business Development at the same company starting from March 2021. Before joining Conventus Flower Orthopedics, they worked at Conventus Orthopaedics as the Senior Director - Sales & Marketing from February 2020. Eric was also responsible for developing innovative sales training strategies as the Director of Global Sales Training at the company starting from January 2019.

Eric Cracraft has also served as the Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development at WishBone Medical, Inc. from January 2017 until October 2018, where they played a key role in recruiting and training a complete US and global distribution network. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Global Sales Training & Clinical Education at OrthoPediatrics from January 2014 to January 2017, where they developed and implemented educational programs for sales representatives and distributor partners.

Furthermore, Eric Cracraft has experience in sales and training roles at Zimmer, Synthes Trauma, Pharmacia & Upjohn, Aesculap Surgical, and Osbon Medical Systems/Imagyn Urology. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, training, and business development in the medical industry.

Eric Cracraft obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine from Colorado State University, which they attended from 1992 to 1996. In 2018, they earned a certification as an Emergency Medical Technician-B from RC Health Services. In 2016, they received training as a SIM Peds Instructor at Harvard Medical School and obtained a Wilderness First Aid Certification from NOLS. Eric also obtained additional certifications in Pediatric Simulation at the Point of Care-Instructor Workshop from Harvard Medical School in September 2016, LITMOS eLearning Professional Certification from CallidusCloud in May 2016, and Emergency Medical Technician-Basic (NREMT) from RC Health Services in November 2018.
