Nicole Gozini

Nicole Gozini has a diverse background in the finance and real estate sectors, currently serving as a Loan Officer at Conventus since May 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Account Executive for Loan Origination at Velocity Mortgage Capital from October 2021 to May 2023 and serving as an Investment Sales Broker at THG Multifamily Advisors from May 2020 to April 2021. Nicole gained early experience as a Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan Asset Management in 2019, and demonstrated leadership as the President of the USC Trojans Real Estate Association from May 2018 to June 2019. Additional roles include a Debt Placement Intern at Colony Capital, Inc. in the summer of 2018 and an internship at Gelt Inc. in 2017. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy, earned in 2020.
