Ashley Phillips

Ashley Phillips has a strong work experience in various roles related to account management and sales. They started their career in 2009 as a Key Account Manager at Western Union Business Solutions and gradually moved up to positions such as Manager of Key Account Management and Head of Mass Payments. At Western Union, Ashley also held the roles of Head of Account Management, Director of Account Management for Payment Products UK Verticals, and Interim Head of UK Verticals - Sales, Account Management & Graduates. They worked on driving long-term growth and acquisition strategy, ensuring client account and relationship management, and optimizing operational efficiency. In 2023, Ashley joined Convera as the Director of Global Pension & Payroll. Prior to Western Union, Ashley worked as an Investment Servicing Manager at Barclays Wealth from 2005 to 2008.

Ashley Phillips attended The Deepings School from 1997 to 2004 where they completed their A Levels. In addition, they obtained a certification in Communication Skills for Modern Management from LinkedIn in 2024.
