Simon Jones

Simon Jones has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Simon started their career at J.P Morgan in 2005, where they worked as a Trade Support and led the Cash mark to Market team. Simon then joined Westpac Institutional Bank in 2007, where they held various roles including Associate Director in Foreign Exchange, Equity Derivative Structured Products, and Corporate Night Desk management. In 2019, they joined Ebury as the Head of Desk, a position they held until 2023. Currently, they are working as the Head of Desk - Corporate Foreign Exchange at Convera. Simon has a strong knowledge of the Foreign Exchange Market, Pricing, Commodities, and FX Options. Simon has experience in executing trades, maintaining relationships with key advisors and groups, and ensuring clients are well-looked after holistically.

Simon Jones completed their education from 2001 to 2005 at Bournemouth University, where they obtained a BA Hon's degree in Business Studies. Prior to that, they attended Nailsea School.
