AVP And Head, IT SDM - Operations Change Management at Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Janicca Juniller has a diverse work experience in telecommunications and technology companies. Starting in 2013 at ePLDT, Inc., they held roles as a Senior Experience and Quality Detection Specialist and later as a Product Development Specialist. In 2018, they moved to MyRepublic as a Business and Process Improvement Analyst/Customer Experience Manager. Currently, they are AVP and Program Management Lead for Channels, Corporate Website, Chatbot, and AI/ML at Converge ICT Solutions Inc., where they also served as the Head of CX Product Development, Project Management, and Process Improvement from 2019 to 2022.

Janicca Juniller obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2010. In 2021, they earned multiple certifications including Certified Service Innovator, Trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Innovation Design Sprint Workshop, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB), and Trained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Six Sigma PH.
