Abhik Paul, CAPM® has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2020, they joined Converge Technology Solutions Corp. as a Customer Success Manager, where they focused on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and representing the voice of the customer internally. Prior to that, they worked as a Client Service Representative at President's Choice Financial, where they utilized automated systems and maintained knowledge of company products to assist customers. In 2018, Abhik briefly served as a Procurement Manager at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. Abhik also gained experience in operations and customer support as an Operations Executive at Paul Clearing, a family business, from 2015 to 2017. In 2014, Abhik started their career as a Logistics Intern at SDA Forwarder Pvt Ltd. Overall, Abhik has proven their ability to deliver outstanding service, work collaboratively, and meet customer needs effectively.

Abhik Paul, CAPM®, has a diverse education history that spans different fields of study. In 2019-2020, they pursued a Post Graduate degree in International Business at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. Prior to that, in 2018, they completed a Post Graduate program in Project Management at the same institution.

In 2013-2015, Abhik enrolled at Unitedworld School of Business in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Operations Management and Marketing. Abhik'sundergraduate education was completed at West Bengal State University from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Abhik has also obtained several certifications in various technical and professional areas. These include Cloud Backup- Technical Professional, Fly Migration- Technical Professional, and SaaS Technical Associate from AvePoint, all obtained in April 2022. Abhik also holds the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in March 2022.

Other certifications include Cisco Customer Success Manager Specialist from Cisco in March 2021, Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts from LinkedIn in November 2020, Microsoft Office 365: Administration (2019) from LinkedIn in April 2020, and FITT Diploma in International Trade from the Forum for International Trade Training (FITT) in March 2020.
