Martin Randalow has a diverse work experience in the technology consulting and solutions industry. Martin started their career at Bay Data Consultants in 1998 as an Account Exec and worked there until 2002. Martin then joined Optimus Solutions as an Account Executive, where they served as a leading business partner for IBM, Cisco, and NetApp. After four years, they moved to Softchoice in 2008 and worked as an Account Executive until 2011. Martin then joined iVision as a Client Advocate and worked there for four years until 2015. Currently, Martin is working at Converge Technology Solutions Corp. as a Global Client Advocate, specializing in infrastructure solutions, IT management consulting, data center technologies, disaster recovery, and enterprise applications. Converge Technology Solutions Corp. has expanded its services to include Advanced Analytics, BI, App Dev, and Modernization.

Martin Randalow obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Computer Electronic School between 1985 and 1987. In addition to their degree, they also hold a certification in Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner, which they obtained from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2021.
