Suzanne Bessire Lipari

Suzanne Bessire Lipari has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Suzanne currently works as a Senior Account Executive at Converge Technology Solutions Corp., where they are responsible for revenue generation in strategic Enterprise, Commercial, and SLED (State, Local, and Education) accounts. Suzanne leads teams in architecting and delivering effective solutions to meet client expectations.

Prior to their current role, Suzanne worked at Unique Digital, a Converge company, where they held the position of Sales Enablement Manager. In this role, they fostered a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset among the sales team by developing resources and roadmaps to reduce the ramp-up period for new sales executives. Suzanne also served as an Account Executive at Converge Technologies, where they focused on revenue generation in the Houston and Southern Louisiana markets. Suzanne developed a consultative and relationship-driven approach to account and vendor management, executing comprehensive sales plans across clients' IT departments.

Before joining Converge, Suzanne worked as a Business Consultant at Nextep, where they executed every step of the sales cycle and gained knowledge of HR, payroll, and benefits administration that hindered SMBs. Suzanne recognized the importance of strategic business partnerships and investments in effective technology for a company's growth.

Earlier in their career, Suzanne worked at Nestlé Waters as a Key Account Representative, responsible for growing the San Pellegrino and Perrier business in the Houston, San Antonio, and New Orleans territories. Suzanne developed strong distributor relationships and created incentive programs to prioritize Nestlé products.

Suzanne began their career at Armenta, where they held multiple roles. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, they created a business development program targeting under-penetrated stores across the US. Suzanne also worked as a Design Assistant, contributing to the entire design cycle from ideation to production.

Throughout their career, Suzanne has demonstrated leadership skills, the ability to create effective solutions, and a consultative approach to sales and account management.

Suzanne Bessire Lipari completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a Minor in Economics in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Notre Dame, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Lake Highland Preparatory School in 2010 and Winter Park High School from 2007 to 2010.
