Himanshu Kumar

Himanshu Kumar is a seasoned professional in the field of validation engineering with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Validation Engineer at ConvergeHEALTH by Deloitte since January 2022, Himanshu leads teams in drafting deliverables for clinical trial product validation, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards such as FDA guidance and 21 CFR 11. Previously, Himanshu held roles as Validation Lead at Birlasoft and in quality management systems at Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd. Their earlier experience includes working as a Production Executive/Documentation Specialist at Syngene International Limited, where responsibilities included reviewing batch manufacturing records and conducting training programs, and as Management Staff at Cipla Ltd. Himanshu holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Biotechnology from Nagpur University, completed in June 2012.
