Austin Fiala

Austin Fiala has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Austin most recently worked at Convergence Media as the Director of Client Strategy. Prior to that, they held the position of Client Strategy Manager at the same company.

Before joining Convergence Media, Fiala worked at the Republican National Committee, where they served as a Fundraising Program Manager and an SMS Fundraising Coordinator. In these roles, they developed fundraising content strategies, managed email and SMS calendars, and oversaw the delivery of creative content. Austin also deployed targeted messages and generated performance reports.

Fiala also gained experience in political campaigns, working at Donald J. Trump For President, Inc. as an SMS Fundraising Coordinator. Austin executed a large-scale SMS fundraising operation and conducted A/B testing to improve performance.

In addition, Fiala has held various positions at Ole Miss ASB, including Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General of the Code and Constitution. Austin was responsible for codifying laws, reprinting the ASB Code, and liaising between the Legislative and Executive Branches. Austin also served as the Senate Parliamentarian, ensuring proper parliamentary procedure.

Earlier in their career, Fiala interned at the Republican National Committee as part of the Eisenhower Internship Program. Austin performed various duties, including preparing briefing books and assisting with scheduling.

Fiala also worked as a Program Coordinator at One Ocean Expeditions, where they managed on-board programming and organized auctions. Austin served as a Soccer Referee for the United States Soccer Federation and held positions at the Senate of Canada and First Presbyterian Church as well.

Throughout their career, Fiala has demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and strategic skills, working across different industries and environments.

Austin Fiala completed their high school education at The Webb School, where they obtained a High School Diploma in College Preparatory in the years 2009 to 2016. Austin then pursued further education at the University of Mississippi, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts in the field of Public Policy Leadership & French from 2016 to 2020.
