Pete McGuinness

Pete McGuinness has over 27 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Pete began their career at Williams, where they served as the Executive Director of Sales and Business Development. From there, they joined Nortel as a Branch Manager before moving on to Avaya as a Global Account Manager. McGuinness then worked at Shared Technologies as the Director of Sales, where they managed and directed the major account sales team. Pete later joined Arrow Electronics as the VP of Business Development and Managing Director, overseeing the sales of solutions and services to enterprise accounts. Currently, they are the Managing Director at ConvergeOne, accountable for business development and the Go To Market Strategy of their portfolio of solutions and services. Throughout their career, they have focused on delivering technologies and managed services related to collaboration, customer experience, digital transformation, cloud migration, networking/data center, and IoT/ESG to enable sustained competitive advantages for customers and partners.
