Santhosh started their career as a Sr. Advertising Executive at Akarsh Advertising Agency, where they were responsible for ad space sales and marketing, client servicing, and creating marketing communications for brands.

Santhosh then worked as an Internet Research Analyst at 365 Media Pvt Ltd, where they scrutinized corporate information and updated it in the corporate database for directory creation. Santhosh also worked as an executive for consumer goods in an international call center.

Following that, Santhosh joined VAC Media Pvt Ltd as an SEO Analyst and Website Moderator. In this role, they deployed product analysis and online marketing strategies to optimize user experience for various affiliate marketing websites. Santhosh also handled start-up projects that required project management skills.

At Aspire Systems, Santhosh served as a Digital Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for improving digital marketing contributions, creating qualified opportunities, acquiring customers, and generating revenue.

Most recently, they worked at Agilisium Consulting as a Growth Marketing Specialist. In this role, Santhosh shaped the data and analytics managed service business and crafted digital, organic, and paid advertising communications and creative strategies. Santhosh developed content narratives for marketing campaigns, conducted market research, and evaluated new markets and channels to acquire prospects and create opportunities.

Santhosh's current position is as the Head of Marketing at ConvergePoint, where they oversee strategic marketing and demand generation efforts.

Santhosh Kumar R began their education in 1998 at N.G.M College in Coimbatore, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics in 2001. Following this, from 2001 to 2002, they attended PSG Institute of Management in Coimbatore, completing a Post Graduate Programme in Advertising and Communications. In terms of additional certifications, Santhosh obtained the Account Based Marketing Demandbase Solutions Certification from Demandbase in September 2018, as well as the Account Based Marketing Foundation Certification from the same institution in August 2018.
