Amy Dolan

Amy Dolan is the current Chief People Officer at ConverseNow. Amy has previous experience as the DialogTech Senior Vice President, People & Culture from May 2021 to October 2021, and the Senior Vice President, People & Culture at their former company, DialogTech (now Invoca) from August 2013 to October 2021. Dolan has a focus on organizational design, DEI, performance management, compensation and benefits design, employee engagement/retention, management coaching and employee relations.

At DialogTech, Dolan managed the P&C functions of talent acquisition, learning & development, and facilities management. Amy also assisted in the organizational growth of 75 to over 200 employees and two strategic acquisitions. Furthermore, they rolled out a new performance management process and tool, applicant tracking system and learning management system. Lastly, Dolan designed a new compensation philosophy and policy, created professional development programs and established an internal mentorship program.

Dolan established four Employee Resource Groups to further company-wide DEI initiatives at DialogTech, including achieving up to 44% female-identifying demographic and 31% female-identifying leadership demographic and 32% self-reported minority demographic. Amy is also a champion of an inclusive company culture and the core values that represent the innovative, passionate, collaborative and honest employees we strive to attract and retain.

Amy Dolan has a degree in Human Resources Development from Texas A&M University. Amy has worked in the field of business administration for many years.
