Ben Brigham

In 2007, Ben founded AutoFerret.com, later named intelligent automation platform and then renamed as Conversica. Ben spent his early career in sales, sales training and management for companies in several industries. During that time, Ben developed a sales automation tool using broadcast fax to streamline the sales process. Ben has also worked as a lecturer and teaching assistant at the University of Washington and worked under a National Science Foundation grant to develop one of the first MOOCs (massively open online course): beneFIT. Ben graduated from the University of Washington with undergraduate degrees in informatics and forest resources and a master’s degree in marine affairs.
