Tina Skiffard

Tina Skiffard is a seasoned business developer and network manager currently serving at CONNECT Denmark since April 2022, while also mentoring at Erhverv Aarhus since March 2023. As a co-founder of MentorGrow and an external recruiter for Conversio, Tina supports recruitment efforts across multiple companies, including Conversio, Salecto, and Value Group. Tina has a rich background in innovation consulting at Erhverv Aarhus, where an initiative aimed at reducing high graduate unemployment was spearheaded. Additionally, Tina was a partner at Voksverk, a consultancy and learning house for ambitious youth, and has held various positions focused on HR consulting and recruitment across different companies. Tina holds a Master's degree in Corporate Communication and a Bachelor's degree in International Business Communication from Aarhus University, complemented by international experience at San Diego State University and a high school education in Minnesota.
