Nina Giannakopoulou

Nina Giannakopoulou currently serves as the Head of Client Services at Convert Group since March 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing operational tasks related to the delivery of SaaS products and managing a team of 5-7 individuals to ensure high performance and compliance with service standards. Prior to this, Nina held several roles at Nielsen from April 2017 to March 2023, including Digital Project Manager, where project management across international markets, operations coordination, and stakeholder communication were key duties. Additional experience includes roles as a Digital Solutions Specialist and Digital Client Service at Nielsen, a Digital Account Manager at Protocol Digital Marketing, and a Trainee Civil Engineer at Raftopoulos Group. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in International Business and Management from Alba Graduate Business School, a Digital Marketing program at Google, and a degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
