Dylan Kinsella

Dylan Kinsella is currently the Head of Talent at Convex since August 2022. Prior to this role, Dylan worked at Verkada as a Recruiting Manager and Team Lead, Sales Recruiting. Before Verkada, Dylan was a Sales Recruiter at Signifyd. Earlier in Dylan's career, there was experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter at Insight Global. Additionally, Dylan has a background in event planning and execution as a member of Cal Poly New Student & Transition Programs, where Dylan served as an Orientation Board Member, Summer Orientation Leader, and Events & Entertainment Lead. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
