Ricky Sparenga

Ricky Sparenga has held various roles in the HVAC and software industries since 1997. From 1997 to 2006, they worked as a Customer Service Representative and Virology Laboratory Technician at Sonora Quest Laboratories. In 2007, they moved to Ferguson Enterprises as an Inside Sales Representative. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Advanced Controls Corporation as a Project Engineer/Coordinator and at Uni-Tech as a Commercial HVAC Project Manager/Estimator. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Pimmex Contracting as a Commercial HVAC Sales/Project Manager/Estimator and at George Brazil as a Commercial HVAC Sales/Project Estimator/Manager. Since 2015, they have been employed at Comfort Systems USA Southwest as a Sales Representative for the In-Plant Division, a Customer Excellence Manager, a Customer Success Manager, and an Account Executive. Since 2018, they have been employed at Convex as a Convex Community Manager, a Customer Excellence Manager, a Customer Success Manager, and an Account Executive.

Ricky Sparenga received a Bachelor's Degree in Molecular Cellular Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Arizona between 2001 and 2005.
