Brad Kancigor

Brad joined Conviva in 2015 as General Counsel, and in this role he is responsible for the legal and compliance functions across the company. Brad comes to Conviva from Synopsys where he had many roles over his ten years in the Legal department, most recently as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel focusing on commercial transactions and IP. Prior to Synopsys, Brad had his own legal consulting practice serving Silicon Valley technology companies.

Earlier in his career, Brad was an attorney with Cadence Design Systems and the law firm Cooley Godward (now Cooley LLP).
