Kelly Otto

Kelly Otto, CRFP has extensive work experience in facilities management and development. Kelly is currently working at Convive Brands as the Sr. Director of Facilities and Development since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Facilities at Red Robin starting from February 2022. From March 2015 to February 2022, they held the position of Sr Facilities Manager at Red Robin. Before that, Kelly was the Regional Facilities Manager at Cracker Barrel from December 2013 to March 2015 and the Eastern Regional Facilities Manager at Hardrock Cafe International from November 2006 to November 2013. Kelly also worked as the Chili's Northeast Regional Facilities Manager at Brinker International from 2003 to 2006. Kelly's earlier roles include serving as the Assistant Vice President of Facilities Management/Administrative Services at Zurich Scudder Investments from 2000 to 2003 and the Regional Facilities Manager at Au Bon Pain from 1995 to 2000.

Kelly Otto, CRFP has completed a Certificate Program in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer + Internet-MCSE from Curry College in Plymouth MA in 1999-2000. Additionally, they have obtained an Associates Degree in Building Technology from Northeast Institute in Boston MA in 1990-1992.
