Arora started their career at EY in 2015 as an Assistant Manager. Vishal was with the firm for three years before moving to Lenskart.com in 2018. At Lenskart, they were Manager - Reporting and Compliance for two years.

In 2020, Arora joined Convosight as the Head of Financial Reporting & Compliance. In this role, they are responsible for leading the financial reporting and compliance function of the organization.
