Shawn Olson

Shawn Olson, P.Eng, currently serves as the Sr. Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Westgen Technologies Inc. since August 2022 and also works as a Management Consultant at Kodiak Ridge Services from February 2022. Earlier roles include Director of Metals Recycling and Rail Services at SECURE ENERGY and Tervita Corporation, where Shawn completed the transition from Tervita to Secure. Shawn has held leadership positions at NOV Enerflow, Enerflow Industries Inc., and Flextronics, managing operations and business development across multiple sectors, including oil and gas and manufacturing. Shawn began a career at Nortel as a Product Engineering Manager after earning a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
