Abdoul Aziz Gaye

Abdoul Aziz Gaye is the Head of Business Intelligence at Convz since March 2019, where responsibilities include orchestrating data-driven strategies and developing custom dashboards using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Metabase to enhance decision-making for clients in retail, e-commerce, and telecommunications. Prior experience includes roles as Business Intelligence Manager and Senior Business Intelligence Engineer at Convz, and positions at Swvl as a Data Analyst Intern, where an automated data pipeline project was developed, and at ESPRIT, where a decision support system for a pharmacy was established. Early career experiences include internships in IT management and database administration, contributing to various BI projects and technical support. Abdoul Aziz Gaye holds an Engineer's degree in Business Intelligence and IT from ESPRIT and additional qualifications in Electrotechnical from CNQP and a Baccalaureate in Science.
