Emily Lupo

Emily Lupo has extensive experience in population health and performance improvement, currently serving as the Director of Population Health & Performance Improvement at Cook County Health since September 2020, where a previous role as Manager of Population Health & Performance Improvement was also held. Prior experience includes positions at Lawndale Christian Health Center, where roles included Director of Population Health and Population Health Manager, and at Chicago Academic as a tutor. Lupo's career began in education as a Science Instructor with Teach for America. Educational qualifications include a Master of Health Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Concordia College. Additionally, Lupo is pursuing a certificate in Reducing Racial Disparities in Health Care through Harvard Online.
