Randy J. Gleason

Randy J. Gleason has an extensive work experience spanning several industries. Starting in the United States Air Force as a Medical Administration Specialist from 1973 to 1977, they performed various administrative duties in a hospital setting. After that, they worked as a Plant Manager at Mangeleson’s Inc. from 1985 to 1991, overseeing operations in a distribution center.

In 1991, they joined Foxmeyer Corporation as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for the operations of a distribution center containing pharmaceuticals. Randy J. worked there until 1997 before moving on to become a Distribution Center Manager at IGC MANAGEMENT SERVICES PVT. Ltd., where they managed a 150,000 square foot facility.

From 1999 to 2010, Randy served as a Shift Manager at Serco, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a large facility involved in mail transportation. Finally, they joined Cook MyoSite in 2010, starting as a Material Control Associate before progressing to roles such as Inventory Control Team Lead, Material Control Manager, Warehouse Coordinator, and currently, Continuous Improvement Analyst.

Throughout their career, Randy has demonstrated expertise in inventory control, warehouse management, and operations oversight. Randy J. has also been involved in facility construction and the implementation of efficient business processes. Randy's experience spans a wide range of responsibilities and industries.

Randy J. Gleason began their education at Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology - Okmulgee in 1978, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Engineering in 1980. Following this, they attended the University of Oklahoma from 1980 to 1982, pursuing a field of study in Architectural Management.
