Jon Hogan

Jon Hogan is an experienced professional in the chocolate and pastry industry, currently serving as the NPD Manager at Win-Win since April 2022, focusing on innovative food solutions that benefit consumers, producers, and the environment. With a diverse background, Jon also works as a Product Development Consultant at Happy Hour Cakes, teaches chocolate and pastry at the Cookery School at Little Portland Street, and founded Bloom Cacao, promoting high-quality Thai cacao in Thailand and the UK. Previous roles include Production Manager at HAPPY ENDINGS LDN, Head of Experience & Development at Rococo Chocolates, Head Chocolatier at Melt Chocolates, and Head Chocolate Maker at Mast Brothers Chocolate. Jon began a career in the chocolate sector as a Sous Chocolateir at Marc Group Limited and has held the position of Senior Chocolatier at PAUL A YOUNG FINE CHOCOLATES UK LTD. Educationally, Jon holds a Professional Chef Diploma in Catering & Hospitality from Westminster Kingsway College.
