Shawn Hetherman

Shawn Hetherman is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the President of Lil' Hare, Inc. and as the Business Owner of Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids, which is dedicated to providing families with a unique haircut experience. Previously, Shawn worked as a Wine Educator at VJB Vineyards & Cellars and owned an entrepreneurial venture where significant sales growth was achieved in the Northern California region. Additional roles include Director of Business Development at Sodexo, Business Development Manager at Litehouse, and various positions at Mars including Supply Chain Planning Director and Sales Operations Director. Shawn's early career includes brand marketing and sales roles at J&J Snack Foods and Foster Farms.
