Hallvard Hersleth

Hallvard Hersleth is an experienced IT and digitalization leader, currently serving as Head of IT and Digitalization at Cool Company Ltd since March 2022, and previously held the role of Head of Technical Support. Prior experience includes key positions at Golar LNG as Head of Maintenance and Performance, and at PROPEL AS as Principal Consultant. Hallvard also contributed significantly to organizations such as MaintainIT Consulting, Höegh Autoliners AS, and Høegh Fleet Services, where roles ranged from Head of Vessel Performance to Vice President of Maintenance & Performance. Hallvard's career began in the Norwegian Armed Forces as a Second Leutnant. Hallvard holds a Master’s degree in Maritime from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, earned between 1993 and 1997.
