Emily Burnett

Emily Burnett currently serves as a Practice Innovation Solutions Technical Specialist at Cooley LLP since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Systems Analyst and Document Automation Specialist at Paul Hastings from July 2017 to March 2023, where significant contributions were made in enhancing data usage and integrity, as well as automating document processes. Emily began her career at LegalZoom in various capacities, including Document Automation Manager, where strong project management and documentation skills were developed. Additional experience includes data entry and record creation at the Getty Conservation Institute and editorial roles at Rangefinder Publishing. Emily earned a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from San José State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from UCLA.
