Anne Holmes has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Anne started their career at Tailors on Blake as a Tailor, where they focused on altering and repairing clothing. Anne then moved on to Clothier Design Source as a Production Intern, collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve the production process.

After that, Anne interned remotely with Kohl's as a Creative Design Intern, assisting with handoffs with Technical Design and helping prepare presentations for various meetings. Anne also gained experience as a Laboratory Technician at the University of Minnesota Digital Fabrication Lab, where they operated the Laser cutting lab and assisted students with laser cutting projects.

Anne later joined the Human Dimensioning Laboratory at the University of Minnesota as a Laboratory Research Assistant. In this role, they contributed to research involving dynamic anthropometric analysis and data collection for waist-hip-thigh body region and hand measurements using specialized software.

Currently, Anne is working at Coolibar, Inc., where they started as an Associate Technical Designer before being promoted to a Technical Designer/Product Developer. Anne'sresponsibilities include owning technical and product development for various styles and user groups, creating and maintaining detailed technical specification packages, conducting fit sessions, and providing feedback on 3D samples.
