Bettina Roug

Bettina Roug is a highly experienced professional in the field of food science and technology, currently serving as a Produktspecialist at Coop Trading A/S since April 2019. Prior roles include QA tekniker at Orkla Foods Danmark and involvement in research as a speciale studerende at the Institut for Fødevarevidenskab, Københavns Universitet. Bettina's earlier experience encompasses various positions in quality assurance, including QA praktikant at Chr. Hansen A/S, where foundational work for a new laboratory was conducted.
