Gilles Pradeau is a PhD candidate at the University of Westminster since September 2017, focusing on state-level participatory budgeting diffusion. Concurrently, since March 2016, Gilles serves as a staff trainer at Coopaname, consulting on participatory budgeting processes in France and organizing a national conference. Previous roles include teaching associate at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, research engineer at CNRS, project manager for "Learning to Count," and volunteer service for Câmara Municipal de Lisboa, among others. Gilles holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Paris I and has participated in various training programs related to democratic participation and community health.
