Dwight Jones

Dwight Jones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Dwight began their career in 2000 at Neptune Technology Group as an Industrial Engineer, where they focused on optimizing processes and improving efficiency. Dwight then moved on to Kaydon Custom Filtration Corporation as a Materials Manager before joining Rexnord. At Rexnord, Dwight held various positions including Quality Engineer, Rexnord Business System (RBS) Lean Manager, Quality Manager, and SAP Business Systems Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for implementing SAP, managing quality systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

In 2014, Dwight joined Eaton - Lighting as a Project Manager Manufacturing Services before transitioning to the role of Plant Manager. Dwight was responsible for overseeing plant operations and ensuring efficient production processes. Most recently, Dwight worked at Cooper Lighting Solutions as the Director of Continuous Improvement, where they developed and executed the Continuous Improvement strategy for the Lighting Division. Dwight led initiatives to improve operational performance, implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and drive cost reduction efforts.

Dwight Jones obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from The University of Alabama from 1992 to 1997. Dwight then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Auburn University at Montgomery, graduating in 2003. In 2011, Dwight attended Villanova University, where they studied Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
