Dave Bispo

Dave Bispo has extensive experience in engineering and operations management within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Operations Manager and Engineering Manager in the Fluid Systems Division at Cooper Standard since July 2021. Prior to this, Dave held the position of Industrial / Process / Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Continental from 2015 to July 2021, specifically in the ContiTech Vibration Control Division. Dave's career at Cooper Standard began in 1999, where roles included Senior Manufacturing Project Engineer in both the Vibration Control Division and a special assignment in the Rubber Mixing Division, continuing until 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as Production Supervisor at Standard Products Limited in the Rubber Sealing Systems Division from 1998 to 1999 and as a Mechanical Engineering Technologist at ATC Machinery & Conveyors from 1995 to 1998. Dave holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Fanshawe College, earned between 1991 and 1995.
