Erica Heller

Erica Heller (Sheldon) has a diverse work experience in various healthcare and education settings. ERICA started their career as a School Counselor in Elmira City School District from 2008 to 2012. ERICA then transitioned to the healthcare field and worked at Laser Spine Institute, where they held roles such as Office Manager/Patient Experience Coordinator, Associate Executive Director, Executive Director, and Director of Operations from 2012 to 2017. In 2017, they joined E. Heller Consulting as a Healthcare Manager & Consultant. Currently, they are working at Cooper University Health Care, where they began as the Manager of Ambulatory Operations in 2017 and is now the Director of Ambulatory Operations since August 2023.

ERICA HELLER (SHELDON) holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in School Counseling from Syracuse University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at Le Moyne College from 2002 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Healthcare Professional from the Six Sigma Global Institute and is also a Nationally Certified Counselor as recognized by the National Board of Certified Counselors.
