Maria Talbot

Maria Talbot, CEBS, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Benefits at Cooper University Health Care since July 2024. Prior to this role, Maria held the position of Director of Compensation & Benefits at Rider University from February 2022 to July 2024, and before that, served as the Director of Benefits and Compensation at Lightstone from January 2021 to February 2022. Maria’s career also includes experience as the Manager of Employee Benefits and Compensation at Springpoint Senior Living from December 2016 to January 2021, and as the Human Resources & Benefits Manager at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Rahway from May 2006 to December 2016. Maria earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Minor in Psychology from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island, completing studies between 1988 and 1997.
