Keri Wahlund is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in helpdesk and service desk roles. Currently serving as a Helpdesk Specialist at Cooperative Response Center since August 2016, Keri has previously worked as a Service Desk Technician at the State Bar of Arizona and as a Service Desk Analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. Keri holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University, completed between 2018 and 2020, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Science from Alexandria Technical and Community College, earned from 1997 to 1999.
