The role:

You will own a varied book of strategic accounts, all with exciting growth potential. You’ll be responsible for growing revenue in line with set targets, the performance of accounts, and oversight of successful delivery by our operations team. The role will entail contributing to future product design by providing valuable customer feedback and insight, and collaborating with Marketing and Product teams to develop the right value propositions and product features to develop your accounts further. In this role you will own the relationship with client stakeholders, from their end users up to senior decision makers and c-level.

Your responsibilities:

  • Actively maintain and expand existing customer relationships: you will evaluate customer potential and develop your own strategies and processing plans.

  • Have regular discussions with your clients covering feedback, contract negotiations and renewals, cross and upsell at given opportunities.

  • Observe and analyse the market (e.g. bottlenecks in the market, competitive knowledge).

  • Create internal forecasts and reports for your customer base.

  • Be the interface between the customer and our internal departments (e.g. Marketing, Legal, Operations, Product Management)

  • Plan and coordinate the internal customer processes for your accounts.

Your experience:

  • 5+ years Sales and Account Management experience.

  • Stakeholder management and complex project management experience.

  • Ability to handle objections and experience of leading negotiations.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office with the able to build presentations and use excel to analyse client performance.

  • Resilient, driven, adaptable and able to be a role model for the rest of the sales team.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
