Ole E.

Ole E. has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Ole has held various roles at different companies, starting in 2007. Ole'smost recent position is as a Contract Director at Coor since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Regional Director of Operations at Thon Hotels, where they were responsible for a portfolio of 16 hotels. Ole also served as a General Manager of Thon Hotel Cecil in Oslo, where they oversaw a renovation and expansion project. Other roles at Thon Hotels include General Manager of Thon Hotel Vika Atrium and Thon Hotel Harstad. Ole also worked as a Serviced Apartments Manager at Fredensborg. In addition to their hotel experience, Ole has held leadership roles in organizations such as Destination Harstad and NHO Reiseliv. Ole also gained international experience through a marketing and sales internship in Singapore. Ole started their career as a Receptionist at Thon Hotel Maritim and was actively involved in the NHS Jobbsenter organization.

Ole E. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from the University of Stavanger from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they took an MBA Course in Technoentrepreneurship & Venture Capital at the National University of Singapore. Ole also received a Diploma in Resort Management from Playa Lingua Del Caribe in Mexico in 2006 and a Diploma in Marketing Management from BI Norwegian Business School in 2005-2006. Additionally, Ole E. obtained a University Admission Certification in General studies/Almennfag from Hamar Katedralskole in 2001-2004. Ole also holds several certifications, including Fire Safety Certification and Health, environment, and safety (HES) Certification obtained in 2011, as well as the Etablererprøven (Serve Safe) and Kunnskapsprøven (Serve Safe) certifications obtained from the Norwegian Government in 2009.
