Alexis Pierce

Regional Manager, Clinical Workforce Development at COPE Health Solutions

Alexis Pierce has worked for five different companies since 2010. Alexis began their career as a Leadership Class Teaching Assistant at Yorba Linda Middle School in 2010. In 2018, they became a Special Education Teaching Assistant/Intern at Gompers Preparatory Academy. That same year, they also started their role as a Health Scholar at COPE Health Scholars. In 2019, they were promoted to Care Navigator at COPE Health Scholars and also began working at COPE Health Solutions, where they have held five different roles: Program Coordinator, Clinical Workforce Development; Program Manager, Clinical Workforce Development; Senior Program Manager, Clinical Workforce Development; Regional Manager, Clinical Workforce Development; and Health Scholar Program Assistant.

Alexis Pierce obtained a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience from UC San Diego. In addition, Pierce has obtained three certificates: a Certificate in Patient Experience and Pre-Medical Studies with an Emphasis in Care Coordination from UCLA Fielding School of Public Health in November 2020; a Certificate in Medical Assistant from Santa Ana College in June 2019; and a Patient Experience and Pre-Licensed Clinical Care Certificate from UCLA Fielding School of Public Health in November 2018.
