Ivan Hernandez

Ivan Hernandez has a wealth of experience in the health care industry. Ivan began their career in 2014 as a Health Career Connection Intern in the Project Management Office at AltaMed Health Services. In 2015, they were awarded a 10-week summer health care internship from a nationally recognized program at AltaMed Health Services in the Obesity Prevention department. From 2016 to 2017, they held multiple roles at AltaMed Health Services, including Community Dental Home Coordinator for the Oral Health Unit, Obesity Prevention Health Fellow, and Hablamos Juntos Educator. In 2016, they also held the role of Academic Tutor at TSC Academics. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Learning Support Services (LSS) Academic Tutor and Academic Excellence (ACE) Program Co-Leader at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Most recently, Ivan has held the roles of Program Manager and Senior Program Manager at COPE Health Solutions since 2019.

Ivan Hernandez completed a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and a Bachelor of Arts in Computational Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Cruz between 2011 and 2016.
