Recruitment Coordinator at COPE Health Solutions

Mayur Chhitu began their professional career in 2020 as a Recruitment Coordinator at COPE Health Solutions, where they were directly accountable to the Assistant Director of Recruitment. Their role included directing requests/concerns/forms to the ADR, Leaders or Program Manager, as well as guiding potential applicants through the application, interview, training, and invitation process. Mayur also served as a Health Scholar at COPE, certifying scholars in Patient Experience and Pre-Licensed Clinical Care, and assisting with patient care tasks such as feeding, changing, ambulating, and making an occupied/unoccupied bed under the supervision of licensed clinical staff members. Additionally, they served as a Care Navigator Scholar, using Kaiser’s electronic medical records system (EPIC) to gain experience in telephonic outreach and provide workflow support in the areas of immunization, hypertension, and diabetes screening. In 2021, Mayur Chhitu began working as a Healthcare Service Representative at LAZ Parking, where they were responsible for greeting KP and non-KP members during the COVID-19 pandemic, responding and resolving correspondence and problems in a timely manner, and assisting with traffic control inside medical office buildings.

Mayur Chhitu obtained their High School Diploma from Etiwanda High School in 2019. Mayur then attended the University of California, Riverside, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with a Concentration in Medical Sciences in 2023. In 2021, Mayur Chhitu obtained a Phlebotomy degree from US Colleges- Riverside. Mayur also obtained additional certifications, including a NHA-Certified Phlebotomy Technician (NHA-CPT) from US Colleges in September 2021 and CPR & AED from the American Heart Association in January 2020.
